The workspace is the central operating context in Arca.

A workspace groups project sources, generated artifacts, evidence and publication state into one inspectable project boundary.

Typical workflow

1. Create a project.
2. Add source material.
3. Build a composition.
4. Generate an artifact.
5. Inspect evidence.
6. Verify or export the result.

The workspace is intended to keep source material and derived outputs clearly separated.
