Reference & Contracts
Reference & Contracts
Section titled “Reference & Contracts”This section helps developers consume DigiEmu interfaces and verification outputs without relying on undocumented assumptions.
The documentation here is explanatory reference material. When a DigiEmu source repository publishes a machine-readable schema or contract for a specific interface, that versioned artifact is the authoritative source for that interface.
Start here
Section titled “Start here”- Source of Truth — distinguish normative machine-readable contracts from explanatory documentation.
- Verification Result Contract — consume explicit outcomes without collapsing failure or incompleteness into success.
- Artifact & Evidence Contract — understand the relationship between artifact identity, evidence, and verification boundaries.
- Compatibility Guidance — pin versions and handle unknown contract states conservatively.
- Integration Checklist — review a consumer implementation before relying on it.
Existing reference material
Section titled “Existing reference material”These existing DigiEmu reference pages remain part of the contract surface:
- Core Contracts
- Artifact Types
- Evidence Fields
- Verification Status
- Exit Semantics
- Integrity Concepts
- Replay Vocabulary
Repository inventory
Section titled “Repository inventory”Repository Contract Inventory is generated when this package is applied. It records machine-readable schema- or contract-like files that are actually present in this developer portal repository at that point in time.
