Recruitment Verification Workflow

Status: DEMONSTRATION

This case applies DigiEmu verification concepts to an AI-assisted recruitment workflow.

A recruitment system may combine:

  • candidate data;
  • CV or profile information;
  • a role description;
  • evaluation criteria or a rubric;
  • an AI-generated assessment;
  • a recommendation or downstream message.

The verification problem is not only whether the AI returned a response. It is whether the exact inputs, result, and later decision can be identified and inspected.

A bounded demonstration can use:

candidate artifact → evaluation inputs → AI result → verification receipt → application decision

The original AI output should remain distinguishable from:

  • later human review;
  • changed rubric versions;
  • downstream messaging;
  • final hiring decisions.

This use case is represented as a demonstration.

It does not claim:

  • production operation;
  • autonomous hiring authority;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • externally verified fairness or accuracy.

A useful demo should show:

  1. the evaluation inputs are identifiable;
  2. the original AI result is preserved;
  3. the verification receipt can be stored independently;
  4. unsupported or failed verification cannot silently become success;
  5. a later human decision remains separate from the model output.
